研究了在混粉电火花加工过程中,混粉颗粒的沉降状况,在总结国内混粉电火花机床液体搅拌装置结构特点及现有优缺点的基础上,对其进行改良。提出了新型混粉电火花机床液体搅拌装置的结构方案。此液体搅拌装置可通过机械升降装置调节出油管道喷嘴的高度,使其与工作台上工件表面高度相平,并运用水平及45°方向循环射流方式对液体进行搅拌,促使粉末均匀化,提高加工工件表面质量。将新型液体搅拌装置加工的工件表面与普通机械液体搅拌装置加工的工件表面进行对比,结果表明:新型液体搅拌装置可显著降低加工工件的表面粗糙度值。

The sedimentation of powder mixing particles in powder mixing EDM process was studied. The liquid agitation equipment was then improved based on analysis of the structure characteristics, the advantages and disadvantages of domestic powder mixing EDM machine tools. A new type of liquid agitation equipment was designed which can adjust the oil pipe nozzle’s height to the surface of workpiece by a mechanical lifting device. The cir?cular jetting way at 0° and 45° directions was used to mix the liquid in which the powder is homogenized and the workpiece surface quality is improved. The workpiece surface roughness can be obviously decreased by the new liquid agitation equipment compared to normal mechanical liquid agitation equipment.
