我国正在实施的单独二胎生育政策是我国生育政策调整和完善的具体体现。“单独二胎”政策的实施，有助于延缓我国人口老龄化的步伐；有助于缓解养老保障的压力；有利于延长中国的人口红利；有利于抑制出生性别比偏高的态势；有利于增强家庭的稳定和抵御风险的能力。但该政策实施近一年的情况表明，我们也应注意如下问题：由于生育意愿的下降而陷入低生育率陷阱；生育权及抚养负担的不公平；诱发生育抉择时的家庭矛盾；进一步凸显女性求职的“隐形劣势”以及导致择偶观变化、母女生育权冲突等新的社会问题。

The two-child policy for only-child parents implemented in China is the adjustment and perfection of pop-ulation policy of China, which can slow down the population aging of China, alleviate the pressure of pension security, re-strain the imbalance between boys and girls and enhance the stability of families. However, there are also problems with this policy, such as the low birth rates induced by unwillingness to have a baby, unfairness of birth rights and dependen-cy burden, family conflicts due to choices of birth-giving, and some other new social problems.
