目的:探讨基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在活动期翼状胬肉中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测52例翼状胬肉组织(包含26例活动期、26例静止期)和20例正常结膜组织中SDF-1及VEGF的表达量,使用IPP图像分析软件定量测定SDF-1、VEGF的光密度值。结果 SDF-1和VEGF在翼状胬肉组织的上皮全层细胞和血管内皮细胞有阳性表达。活动期翼状胬肉组织中SDF-1和VEGF的表达量均高于静止期的胬肉组织。VEGF和SDF-1在翼状胬肉中的表达呈显著相关性(r=0.54,P<0.05)。结论 SDF-1和VEGF协同参与翼状胬肉的发生和发展,活动期翼状胬肉具有更高的血管增生性。

목적:탐토기질세포연생인자-1(SDF-1)화혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)재활동기익상노육중적표체정황。방법채용면역조화SP법검측52례익상노육조직(포함26례활동기、26례정지기)화20례정상결막조직중SDF-1급VEGF적표체량,사용IPP도상분석연건정량측정SDF-1、VEGF적광밀도치。결과 SDF-1화VEGF재익상노육조직적상피전층세포화혈관내피세포유양성표체。활동기익상노육조직중SDF-1화VEGF적표체량균고우정지기적노육조직。VEGF화SDF-1재익상노육중적표체정현저상관성(r=0.54,P<0.05)。결론 SDF-1화VEGF협동삼여익상노육적발생화발전,활동기익상노육구유경고적혈관증생성。
Objective To investigate the expression levels of stroma cell-derived factor-l (SDF-1) and vascular en-dothelial growth factor(VEGF) in tissue of pterygium of active stage. Methods The expressions of SDF-1 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemistry in pterygium (including 26 eyes of active stage and 26 of quiescent stage) and 20 eyes of normal conjunctiva tissue. The light density of SDF-1 and VEGF was analyzed by software IPP . Results SDF-1 and VEGF expressed in the whole layer of epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells in pterygium. The expression levels of SDF-1 and VEGF in pterygium of active stage were significantly higher than pterygium of quiescent stage. The expression of VEGF and SDF-1 in pterygium was significant correlation (r=0.54,P<0.05). Conclusion It suggested that there was an interaction between SDF-1 and VEGF in the process of promoting the proliferation and development of pterygium. The pterygium of active stage had higher vascular proliferation.
