为研究白花败酱草抗妇科肿瘤有效部位对体外培养的人子宫鳞癌细胞Siha的抑制作用,采用MTT法和细胞形态观察,考察白花败酱草抗妇科肿瘤有效部位对Siha细胞体外抑制作用发现:不同浓度的白花败酱草抗妇科肿瘤有效部位作用于Siha细胞24h、48h、72h后,均出现显著的生长抑制作用,其中,药物浓度640μg/mL、作用时间48h和72h,药物浓度320μg/mL、作用时间72h的抑制率均大于90%,得出,白花败酱草抗妇科肿瘤有效部位对Siha细胞的体外生长有显著的抑制作用,其抑制作用分别与药物浓度和作用时间呈依赖性。

Objective:To study the inhibitory action of Patrinia villosa active composition against gynecology tumor in treating Siha. Methods:MTT and cell morphology were used to observe the inhibitory action of Patrinia villosa active composition against gynecology tumor in treating Siha. Results: Different concentrations of Patrinia villosa active composition against gynecology tumor were given to Siha and the action period was 24,48and 72h, respectively. The results showed that the inhibition ratio was more than 90% when the concentration was 640μg/ml, the action period was both 48h and 72h, and the concentration was 320μg/mL with the action period was 72h. Conclusion:Patrinia villosa active composition against gynecology tumor could evidently inhibit the growth of Siha and the inhibitory action may respectively relate to concentration and action period.
