目的:研究 STAT3蛋白在子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者中的表达及临床意义。方法将2013年4月至2014年5月就诊的卵巢子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者纳入研究对象,收集异位子宫内膜组织作为异位组,在位子宫内膜组织作为在位组;将同期就诊的子宫肌瘤患者纳入研究,收集子宫内膜组织作为对照组。采用实时聚合酶链反应和免疫印迹试验的方法检测子宫内膜组织中 STAT3、p - STAT3、MMP2、MMP9的 mRNA 和蛋白含量。结果①MMPs 含量:异位组 MMP2、MMP9的 mRNA 和蛋白含量高于在位组和对照组;②STAT3含量:三组间 STAT3的 mRNA 和蛋白含量无差异,异位组 p - STAT3的 mRNA 和蛋白含量高于在位组和对照组;③MMPs 和 STAT3的相关性:p - STAT3的蛋白含量与 MMP2、MMP9的蛋白含量呈正相关。结论异位的子宫内膜组织中 p - STAT3呈高表达,且可能通过促进 MMP2、MMP9的表达来参与子宫内膜异位症的发生。

목적:연구 STAT3단백재자궁내막이위증합병불잉환자중적표체급림상의의。방법장2013년4월지2014년5월취진적란소자궁내막이위증합병불잉환자납입연구대상,수집이위자궁내막조직작위이위조,재위자궁내막조직작위재위조;장동기취진적자궁기류환자납입연구,수집자궁내막조직작위대조조。채용실시취합매련반응화면역인적시험적방법검측자궁내막조직중 STAT3、p - STAT3、MMP2、MMP9적 mRNA 화단백함량。결과①MMPs 함량:이위조 MMP2、MMP9적 mRNA 화단백함량고우재위조화대조조;②STAT3함량:삼조간 STAT3적 mRNA 화단백함량무차이,이위조 p - STAT3적 mRNA 화단백함량고우재위조화대조조;③MMPs 화 STAT3적상관성:p - STAT3적단백함량여 MMP2、MMP9적단백함량정정상관。결론이위적자궁내막조직중 p - STAT3정고표체,차가능통과촉진 MMP2、MMP9적표체래삼여자궁내막이위증적발생。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of expression of STAT3 protein in patients with endometriosis associated with infertile. Methods Patients with ovarian endometriosis associated with infertile during April 2013 to May 2014 were enrolled,and eutopic endom-etrial tissues were collected and enrolled in eutopic group,tissues of ectopic endometrium were collected and enrolled in ectopic group;endometrial tissues of uterine fibroids in this hospital during the same period were collected and enrolled in control group. Then mRNA and protein content of STAT3,p - STAT3,MMP2 and MMP9 were detected by Real - time PCR and Western - blot. Results ① The content of MMPs,mRNA and protein content of MMP2 and MMP9 in ectopic group were higher than those of eutopic group and control group. ② STAT3 content:there is no sig-nificant difference in mRNA and protein content of STAT3 among three groups. mRNA and protein content of p - STAT3 in ectopic group were higher than those of eutopic group and control group. ③ Content of MMPs and STAT3:content of p - STAT3 protein was positively correlated with contents of MMP2 and MMP9 protein. Conclusion P - STAT3 is highly expressed in ectopic endometrial tissue and it may participate in the path-ogenesis of endometriosis by promoting the expression of MMP2 and MMP9.
