目的:探讨腹腔镜技术在普外科生产实习中的价值和意义。方法收集在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院普外科实习的40名学生的实习资料;所有学生参与普外科常见病的传统手术及腹腔镜手术,手术结束后以专业知识考核及问卷的方式评估生产实习效果。结果参与到胆囊切除术、直肠癌根治术等腹腔镜手术的学生对组织解剖关系、手术步骤等专业知识理解程度高于传统手术组;但腹腔镜手术学生的参与感评分及基本操作评分低于传统手术的学生,这些差异均存在统计学意义。结论将腹腔镜技术应用到普外科的临床实习中,可为学生提供真实、形象的图像信息,增强对解剖学及手术步骤的理解,提高学习兴趣,改善实习效率,但同时有诸如手术参与感不强、动手操作能力较差等不足存在,需采取措施加以改进。

Objective To discuss the application value of laparoscopy in the clinical teaching of general surgery. Methods The data of 40 medical students practiced in the Department of General Surgery,Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University were collected. The students respectively participated in traditional operation and laparoscopic operation of some common general surgical diseases. After the intern-ship,assessment of practice effect was performed in the form of questionnaire consisting of professional knowledge and other aspects such as opera-tional capacity. Results The scores of students,who participated in laparoscopic operation such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy,colorectal canc-er radical surgery,were higher than the scores of the ones who participated in the traditional surgery,but the scores of participation - sense and op-erational capacity in the laparoscopic operation group were less than traditional surgery group. Differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The laparoscopic teaching method can provide real vivid image information. The understanding in anatomy and operation steps of students was enhanced,the learning interest of students was improved,the efficiency of internship was increased,and this method can set up the concept of minimally invasive surgery. But at the same time,there are some deficiencies such as lower participation - sense and operational capacity,what we need is to take measures to improve.
