试验采用土壤干旱法，研究2份资源（抗旱资源双亚15号，敏感资源日本5号）的SOD、POD、CAT活性，游离脯氨酸质量分数，可溶性糖含量，MDA含量的变化规律，结果表明：干旱胁迫导致亚麻组织中SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量呈现增加趋势，双亚15号的变化幅度较日本5号的大，游离脯氨酸含量急剧升高，且双亚15号上升幅度远大于日本5号，得出，干旱条件下，亚麻主要通过SOD、POD活性的增加及可溶性糖、脯氨酸的大量积累，来保护亚麻组织免受干旱带来的伤害。

Using soil drou ght method,the SOD, POD, CAT activity, free proline content, soluble sugar content, MDA content, which are got from two copies of the resource (bis-15 drought resources, sensitive resources in Japan on the 5th) ,were researched. The result showed: the SOD activity, POD activity, MDA content, soluble sugar content from linen tissue expressed an increasing trend under drought stress, Meanwhile the shuangya 15 was bis-change range than Japan 5. The free proline content increased sharply, and the shuangya15 raised much larger than Japan 5. The conclusion is the SOD, POD activity enhanced, and increase of the accumulation of soluble sugars, proline Flax to protect tissues from damage caused by drought conditions.
