制药工艺用水的制备流程包括水的提纯处理和水的纯化。目前我国制药用水设备存在装置结构功能设计不完善、设备控制参数不先进、制药用水设备设计及制造水平低等问题。应加大技术和资金的支持力，及时更新设备和系统，建立健全监管制度，以解决制药用水制备过程中出现的问题。
