通过对电站T91/P91钢焊接工艺介绍及焊接保护剂在此钢种焊接中的应用,提出T91/P91钢在焊接时的保护要点,从而使T91/P91钢在更合理的规范参数下焊接,保证焊接质量。通过试验证明,焊接保护剂在T91/P91钢焊接中的使用,焊接接头机械性能各项指标完全能满足规定要求,且工艺更简单,尤其在P91钢大口的焊接中,替代氩气的效果更好,价格比充氩气保护更低廉,有很高的推广价值。
