目的：评价逍遥散联合黛力新中西医结合治疗围绝经期抑郁症的疗效。方法60例围绝经期抑郁患者均为2013年1月~2014年1月间我院治疗病例,分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组予黛力新(氟哌噻吨0.5 mg,美利曲辛10 mg﹚每天早饭后1片,口服,每日1次,15 d为1个疗程,连服6个疗程,共3个月；观察组在上述治疗的同时联合中药逍遥散进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效,以及两组患者治疗第1个月末、第2个月末、第3个月末的HAMD评分、KMI评分的变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率达96.7%,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚,观察组治疗第1个月末、第2个月末、第3个月末的HAMD评分分别显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。观察组治疗第1个月末、第2个月末、第3个月末的KMI分别显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论逍遥散联合黛力新中西医结合治疗围绝经期抑郁症临床疗效显著,值得推广和应用。
목적：평개소요산연합대력신중서의결합치료위절경기억욱증적료효。방법60례위절경기억욱환자균위2013년1월~2014년1월간아원치료병례,분위관찰조화대조조각30례。대조조여대력신(불고새둔0.5 mg,미리곡신10 mg﹚매천조반후1편,구복,매일1차,15 d위1개료정,련복6개료정,공3개월；관찰조재상술치료적동시연합중약소요산진행치료。비교량조환자치료후적료효,이급량조환자치료제1개월말、제2개월말、제3개월말적HAMD평분、KMI평분적변화정황。결과관찰조적총유효솔체96.7%,현저고우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05﹚,관찰조치료제1개월말、제2개월말、제3개월말적HAMD평분분별현저저우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05﹚。관찰조치료제1개월말、제2개월말、제3개월말적KMI분별현저저우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05﹚。결론소요산연합대력신중서의결합치료위절경기억욱증림상료효현저,치득추엄화응용。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Xiaoyao Powder combined with Deanxit traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of perimenopausal depression. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with peri-menopausal depression from January 2013 to January 2014 in my courtyard therapy were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with Deanxit(Flupentixol melitracen tablets 0.5 mg, 10 mg﹚every day after breakfast 1 tablet, oral, 1 times a day. 15 days for 1 course of treatment, and even served 6 courses, a total of 3 months, observation group combined with Xiaoyao Powder for treatment. The effects of two groups of pa-tients after treatment were compared, and the changes the HAMD score and KMI score situation between two groups after first month, second month, third month treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 96.7%, was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05﹚. At the end of the first month, second month, third month, HAMD scores of observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05﹚. KMI at the end of the first month, second month, third month of observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05﹚. Conclusion Xiaoyao Powder combined with Deanxit Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of perimenopausal de-pression have good curative effect, worthy of promotion and application.
