目的：观察新风胶囊对干燥综合征患者肺功能的影响，并探讨其作用机制。方法：将40例干燥综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例。治疗组给予新风胶囊每次1.5 g，每日3次，口服；对照组给予白芍总苷胶囊每次0.6 g，每日3次，口服。两组疗程均为1个月，观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能、中医症状积分、实验室指标等的变化。结果：治疗组临床治愈5例，显效7例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为90.00%；对照组临床治愈3例，显效4例，有效7例，无效6例，总有效率为70.00%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组MVV、IC、PEF、FEF25、FEF50均明显升高（P<0.05或P<0.01），对照组FVC、MVV明显升高（P<0.05或P<0.01）。其中，治疗组MVV较对照组改善程度更显著，治疗组PEF、FEF25、FEF50、FEF75的均值均显著高于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。在实验室指标、中医症状积分等方面比较，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：新风胶囊对干燥综合征具有很好的临床疗效，能明显改善患者的肺功能、中医症状积分及实验室指标。
목적：관찰신풍효낭대간조종합정환자폐공능적영향，병탐토기작용궤제。방법：장40례간조종합정환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조20례。치료조급여신풍효낭매차1.5 g，매일3차，구복；대조조급여백작총감효낭매차0.6 g，매일3차，구복。량조료정균위1개월，관찰량조환자림상료효급치료전후폐공능、중의증상적분、실험실지표등적변화。결과：치료조림상치유5례，현효7례，유효6례，무효2례，총유효솔위90.00%；대조조림상치유3례，현효4례，유효7례，무효6례，총유효솔위70.00%。량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。치료조MVV、IC、PEF、FEF25、FEF50균명현승고（P<0.05혹P<0.01），대조조FVC、MVV명현승고（P<0.05혹P<0.01）。기중，치료조MVV교대조조개선정도경현저，치료조PEF、FEF25、FEF50、FEF75적균치균현저고우대조조（P<0.05혹P<0.01）。재실험실지표、중의증상적분등방면비교，치료조우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：신풍효낭대간조종합정구유흔호적림상료효，능명현개선환자적폐공능、중의증상적분급실험실지표。
Objective:To observe the effects of Xinfeng Capsule(新风胶囊)on pulmonary func-tion of patients with sj?gren's syndrome,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:40 cases of Sj?gren's syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,20 cases in each.The treatment group was orally given Xinfeng capsules,1.5 g of each time,3 times daily; while the control group was orally given Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules (白芍总苷胶囊),0.6 g of each time,3 times a day.The two groups were treated for 1 month,observing the clinical curative effect and the changes of pulmonary function,TCM symptom score and laboratory indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,5 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and 2 cases were invalid,the total efifciency being 90%; while in the control group 3 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,and 6 cases were invalid,the total efifciency being 70%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signif-icant(P< 0.05).The MVV,IC,PEF,FEF25 and FEF50 of the treatment group signiifcantly increased(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01),and the FVC and MVV of the control group increased signiifcantly(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01).Among them,the improvement of MVV in the treatment group was more signiifcantly compared with that of the control group,and the mean values of PEF,FEF25,FEF50 and FEF75 of the treatment group were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group on the aspects of laboratory indexes and TCM syndrome sore (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Xinfeng Capsule had a good clinical effect on sj?gren's syndrome to signiifcantly improve pulmonary function TCM symptoms and laboratory indexes in patients.
