通过对大量文献的研究，总结强直性脊柱炎的中医病因病机及患者生活质量、心肺功能的变化，分析中医健脾单元疗法在改善强直性脊柱炎患者的疗效、生活质量及心肺功能的机制。深入研究中医健脾单元疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎，将有助于进一步提高其临床效果，降低强直性脊柱炎患者致残的风险，提高生活质量，改善远期预后。
通過對大量文獻的研究，總結彊直性脊柱炎的中醫病因病機及患者生活質量、心肺功能的變化，分析中醫健脾單元療法在改善彊直性脊柱炎患者的療效、生活質量及心肺功能的機製。深入研究中醫健脾單元療法治療彊直性脊柱炎，將有助于進一步提高其臨床效果，降低彊直性脊柱炎患者緻殘的風險，提高生活質量，改善遠期預後。

By researching a lot of literatures,to summarize the pathogenesis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and life quality and changes of cardiopulmonary function of patients,and analyze the mechanism of Chinese Medicine Spleen-Strengthening Therapy Unit(CMSSTU)to improve the curative effect,life quality and cardiopulmonary function of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.The incidence of cardiopulmonary diseases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis is always insidious,easily neglected in clinic and rarely researched.Deep research on CMSSTU in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis will help to improve its clinical effect,reduce the risk of disability in patients,and improve their quality of life and long-term prognosis.
