以紫色视杆菌Chromobacterium violaceum 026为报告菌株,以己酰基高丝氨酸内酯作为菌株生长的唯一碳源及能源,通过富集培养、分离纯化,从西南印度洋海泥中筛选得到2株菌S2和S3。检测结果表明,S2、S3可能具有胞内AHL降解酶活性。形态鉴定和16S rDNA序列分析表明,2株菌均为芽孢杆菌属。系统发育分析表明,菌株S2、S3与Bacillus amyloliquefaciens的亲缘关系最近。

With N-hexanoyl homoserine lactone as the sole carbon and erengy source for growth of microorganisms and Chromobacterium violaceum 026 as an indicator bacteria, two strains S2 and S3 were screened from southwest Indian sea mud by enrichment, isolation and purification. Results showed that S2 and S3 possibly had intracellular AHL degradation enzymes. The two strains were identified as Bacillus genus by morphological identification and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis. Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that S2 and S3 were most relative to Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
