采用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜技术,对苍耳轴霜霉菌( Plasmopara angustiterminalis Novotelno-va)侵染三裂叶豚草( Ambrosia trifida L.)叶片木质素沉积变化和叶绿体结构影响进行了初步研究。结果表明,苍耳轴霜霉菌能够导致寄主叶绿体膜破损,内含物外流,从而影响叶片光和能力,抑制豚草生长。叶片中木质素因霜霉菌的侵染其沉积量明显增加。
採用光學顯微鏡和透射電子顯微鏡技術,對蒼耳軸霜黴菌( Plasmopara angustiterminalis Novotelno-va)侵染三裂葉豚草( Ambrosia trifida L.)葉片木質素沉積變化和葉綠體結構影響進行瞭初步研究。結果錶明,蒼耳軸霜黴菌能夠導緻寄主葉綠體膜破損,內含物外流,從而影響葉片光和能力,抑製豚草生長。葉片中木質素因霜黴菌的侵染其沉積量明顯增加。

In this paper, lignin deposition and the chloroplast structure were observed and initial-ly studied by means of light microscopy, Transmission electron microscope ( TEM) after Plas-mopara angustiterminalis Novotelnova infecting on the host giant ragweed. The result shows that P. angustiterminalis could cause the damage of chloroplast membrane and inclusion outflow of leaf, decline of photosynthesis and eventually inhibit the growth of the giant ragweed. Lignin deposition increases significantly due to infection of downy mildew.
