低水头竖井贯流式水轮机具有结构简单,安装、维护方便,水性能优良,造价便宜的优点,但由于对机组的流道设计、机组总体的结构形式、采用增速器的连接方式等关键技术缺少深入的研究、设计,致使低水头竖井贯流式水能机组在我国未能得到有效开发、推广使用。本文基于拟建电站所在地水文条件,借鉴灯泡贯流式水轮机设计原理,采用数值模拟和模型试验相结合的方法进行开发,设计满足电站运行条件的超低水头竖井水轮机组。本设计为其他超低水头水轮机的开发利用提供了依据。

저수두수정관류식수륜궤구유결구간단,안장、유호방편,수성능우량,조개편의적우점,단유우대궤조적류도설계、궤조총체적결구형식、채용증속기적련접방식등관건기술결소심입적연구、설계,치사저수두수정관류식수능궤조재아국미능득도유효개발、추엄사용。본문기우의건전참소재지수문조건,차감등포관류식수륜궤설계원리,채용수치모의화모형시험상결합적방법진행개발,설계만족전참운행조건적초저수두수정수륜궤조。본설계위기타초저수두수륜궤적개발이용제공료의거。
The low water head shaft turbine has advantages of simple structure,convenient installation and maintenance, excellent water performance and cheap construction cost.However since key techniques of unit flow channel design,unit overall structure type,connection of adopting speed increase,etc.are lack of in-depth study and design,low water head shaft turbine water energy unit cannot be effectively developed,promoted and used in China.In the paper,numerical simulation and model test are combined for development based on hydrological conditions of the proposed power plant in the paper by drawing bulb tubular turbine design principle.Ultra-low shaft turbine unit meeting power station operation condition is designed.The design provides a basis for developing and utilizing other ultra-low shaft turbine.
