2008年12月-2012年9月在长江上游珍稀、特有鱼类国家级自然保护区干流段进行了11次浮游植物采样调查。共检出浮游植物8门107属428种,其中硅藻门所占比例最大,为46.27%~59.42%,其次为绿藻门和蓝藻门,为21.73%~31.69%和7.03%~16.62%。浮游植物密度和生物量变幅分别为(2.45~44.95)×104 ind./L 和0.0505~1.282 mg/L,其中繁殖期密度和生物量多年均值范围为(10.465~38.58)×104 ind./L 和0.3718~0.8113 mg/L;育肥期密度和生物量多年均值范围为(1.665~11.82)×104 ind./L 和0.228~0.4972 mg/L;越冬期密度和生物量多年均值范围为(8.5625~20.7658)×104 ind./L 和0.2252~0.5588 mg/L。调查水域浮游植物 Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数(H′)和均匀度指数(J)变幅分别为3.807~4.375(均值4.094)和0.796~0.911(均值0.871)。两种浮游植物评价结果均表明调查水域为轻污或无污染。

Phytoplankton composition and distribution were investigated in the mainstream of National Nature Reserve for Rare and Endemic Fishes in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River for 11 times during December, 2008 to September, 2012.A total of 428 species of the phytoplankton belonged to 107 genus, eight phyla were identified.Species of Bacillari-ophyta were the most prevalent , varied from 46.27% ~59.42%.Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta species varied from 21.73% ~31.69% and 7.03% ~16.62%.Regarding phytoplankton density and biomass , average values for phyto-plankton density and biomass ranged from (2.45 ~44.95) ×10 4 cells /L and 0.050 5 ~1.282 mg/L, respectively.At the fish breeding stage, average value for density and biomass ranged from (10.465 ~38.58 ) ×10 4 cells /L and 0.371 8 ~0.811 3 mg/L; at the fish fattening stage, average value for density and biomass ranged from (1.66 5 ~11.82) ×10 4 cells./L and 0.228 ~0.497 2 mg/L; at the wintering stage the average values ranged from (8.562 5 ~20.765 8 ) ×10 4 cells./L and 0.225 2 ~0.558 8 mg/L.For phytoplankton community biodiversity ,the Shannon-Wiener′s diversity index (H′), and Pielou′s species evenness (J) ranged from 3.807 ~4.375 and 0.796 ~0.911, average values were 4.094 and 0.871.Evaluated with the quality indices (H′) and evenness (J) of plankton, the water qualities in the mainstream of National Nature Reserve for Rare and Endemic Fishes in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River was light pollution or non -pollution.
