用solidworks完成了铲齿成形铣刀的设计,并依据工件廓形及铲齿成形铣刀廓形进行了铲齿车刀、凸轮、铲齿成形铣刀的三维设计。根据铲齿成形铣刀齿背曲线的形成原理,进行了三维装配及铲齿运动的动态仿真,为铲齿成形铣刀的设计及铲磨干涉检测打下了理论基础。
用solidworks完成瞭鏟齒成形鐉刀的設計,併依據工件廓形及鏟齒成形鐉刀廓形進行瞭鏟齒車刀、凸輪、鏟齒成形鐉刀的三維設計。根據鏟齒成形鐉刀齒揹麯線的形成原理,進行瞭三維裝配及鏟齒運動的動態倣真,為鏟齒成形鐉刀的設計及鏟磨榦涉檢測打下瞭理論基礎。
용solidworks완성료산치성형선도적설계,병의거공건곽형급산치성형선도곽형진행료산치차도、철륜、산치성형선도적삼유설계。근거산치성형선도치배곡선적형성원리,진행료삼유장배급산치운동적동태방진,위산치성형선도적설계급산마간섭검측타하료이론기출。
The design of relieving forming milling cutter is accomplished by using Solidworks in this paper. And the 3D design of relieving turning tool, cam, relieving forming milling cutter ac-cording to the profile of part. The 3D assembling and relieving motion simulatation are performed based on the forming principle of tooth back profile of relieving forming milling cutter. The re-search in this paper provides the theoretical basis for the design of relieving forming milling cut-ter and their relieving interfere detecting.
