将维生素 C 添加到普安银鲫的孵化水体中,维生素 C 浓度设置为20、25、30和35 mg/L,记录孵化率及仔鱼存活率,测定各浓度组中普安银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)仔鱼发育过程中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性,研究维生素 C(Vc)对普安银鲫仔鱼发育的影响。结果显示: SOD 和 CAT 的活性随着普安银鲫仔鱼发育时间的延长而增加,而 GSH-Px 活性则随着发育时间的延长而降低;30 mg/L 的 Vc 溶液能显著(P <0.05)提高普安银鲫仔鱼 SOD、 CAT 和 GSH-Px 活性,且 SOD 的活性在出膜72 h 后开始显著降低(P <0.05),而 CAT 和 GSH-Px 则无显著变化(P >0.05)。结果表明:普安银鲫仔鱼中抗氧化作用以 SOD 和 CAT 为主;适宜浓度的 Vc 添加到普安银鲫的育苗水体中能提高仔鱼的抗氧化能力。

장유생소 C 첨가도보안은즉적부화수체중,유생소 C 농도설치위20、25、30화35 mg/L,기록부화솔급자어존활솔,측정각농도조중보안은즉(Carassius auratus gibelio)자어발육과정중초양화물기화매(SOD)、과양화경매(CAT)화곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)적활성,연구유생소 C(Vc)대보안은즉자어발육적영향。결과현시: SOD 화 CAT 적활성수착보안은즉자어발육시간적연장이증가,이 GSH-Px 활성칙수착발육시간적연장이강저;30 mg/L 적 Vc 용액능현저(P <0.05)제고보안은즉자어 SOD、 CAT 화 GSH-Px 활성,차 SOD 적활성재출막72 h 후개시현저강저(P <0.05),이 CAT 화 GSH-Px 칙무현저변화(P >0.05)。결과표명:보안은즉자어중항양화작용이 SOD 화 CAT 위주;괄의농도적 Vc 첨가도보안은즉적육묘수체중능제고자어적항양화능력。
The activities of antioxidant enzyme were determined during larva development of Carassius auratus gibelio, and effect of vitamin c was also measured .Vitamin C, with the concentration of 20, 25, 30 and 35mg/L, was added in the water when experiment conduct .The rate of egg hatching and larval survival was recorded .The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were determined.The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase increased with the development of larva of Puan silver crucian carp , while the activity of glutathion peroxidase decreased .30 mg/L Vitamin C solution could improve the activities of superoxide dis -mutase, catalase and glutathion peroxidase significantly .The activity of superoxide dismutase decreased after 72 hours (P<0.05), while the activities of catalase and glutathion peroxidase had no significant change (P >0.05).The research indicated that superoxide dismutase and catalase played priority role during larva development of Puan silver crucian carp . Appropriate vitamin C solution could improve the antioxidant capacity of larva .
