随着经济体制深刻变革、社会结构深刻变动、利益格局深刻调整、思想观念深刻变化，高校安全稳定形势严峻，安全教育问题日益突出。加强安全教育，使大学生增强安全防范意识和提高自我保护能力，已经成为高校一项重要工作。沙洲职业工学院在开设安全教育课程、开发安全教育教材基础上，尝试利用信息技术创建安全教育教学资源库，改变安全教育传统手段，探索教学资源库建设在大学生安全教育工作中的有效途径，弥补高校安全教育工作的客观需要。

Along with the deep reform of economy system, profound changes of social structure, adjustment of interest patterns, and changes of ideas, the college stability and security situation is grim, and safety education issues have become increasingly prominent. Strengthening the safety education and enabling students to enhance safety awareness and improve the self protection ability has become an important work in higher education. Based on the development of safety education curriculum and teaching material, Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology tries to create safety education teaching resources bank with the help of information technology, changes the traditional means of safety education, explores the construction of teaching resource database that can provide an efficient way for the effective promotion of safety education for college students, and meets the objective need to compensate for the safety education in colleges and universities.
