目的:研究一种改良铸造金属桩方法治疗上颌第一磨牙重度牙体缺损的临床应用效果。方法临床选取我院口腔修复门诊2011年5月~2013年5月病例44例为观察组,男17例女27例,年龄23~47岁,皆为上颌第一磨牙残根残冠,根管治疗充分,采用舌侧铸造金属桩核与颊侧纤维增强树脂桩核的改良方法联合应用进行修复;对照组选择同期同标准病例42例,男20例女22例,直接用铸造金属桩方法进行修复。结果改良铸造金属桩方法粘接治疗成功率为97.7%,固位强度明显提高、临床效果满意,操作简便。结论临床应用舌侧铸造金属桩核与颊侧纤维增强树脂桩核的改良铸造金属桩方法治疗上颌第一磨牙重度牙体缺损,既节约了成本又达到桩核固位与抗力的要求。
目的:研究一種改良鑄造金屬樁方法治療上頜第一磨牙重度牙體缺損的臨床應用效果。方法臨床選取我院口腔脩複門診2011年5月~2013年5月病例44例為觀察組,男17例女27例,年齡23~47歲,皆為上頜第一磨牙殘根殘冠,根管治療充分,採用舌側鑄造金屬樁覈與頰側纖維增彊樹脂樁覈的改良方法聯閤應用進行脩複;對照組選擇同期同標準病例42例,男20例女22例,直接用鑄造金屬樁方法進行脩複。結果改良鑄造金屬樁方法粘接治療成功率為97.7%,固位彊度明顯提高、臨床效果滿意,操作簡便。結論臨床應用舌側鑄造金屬樁覈與頰側纖維增彊樹脂樁覈的改良鑄造金屬樁方法治療上頜第一磨牙重度牙體缺損,既節約瞭成本又達到樁覈固位與抗力的要求。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the improve metal cast post core used on the badly damaged maxillary ifrst molar tooth. Methods Prepare the clinical patients 44 members,men 17,women 27,from 23 to 47 years old.elect the residual roots or crowns of the maxillary ifrst molar tooth,the root canal treatment is correct and perfect. The lingual root post is made of the medal cast post core,and leave two small caves in the core;then insert the ifber composite resin posts in the buccal root canals and cling them. Then combine to use as the improve metal post on the post core crown. the control group clinical patients are 42 members,men 20,women 22 .Results The improve metal post can improve the strength of the cling post core,clinical effect is perfect,operation is easy and convenient. Conclusion The improve metal post to treat the badly damaged maxillary ifrst molar tooth not only spare the materials but also improve the post’s resistance form and retention form.
