磨损是设备失效之一,为解决磨损问题,提高设备运转率,通过焊接修复来提高工件的耐磨性能是目前国内外研究的重点。国外发达国家在20世纪90年代中后推广了硬面堆焊修复技术,近年来主要采用的堆焊修复方法,但是中国在这方面的研究正处于起步阶段。复合耐磨材料的堆焊研究具有很好的现实应用价值。堆焊过程中,工艺参数正确与否对堆焊质量的影响是至关重要的。本文研究是在Q235钢板上用低氢钠型药皮高铬铸铁焊条(D667)进行堆焊的研究。

Wear is one of the equipment failures. To solve wear problem and improve equipment operation rate, improving the wear resistance of the workpiece by welding repair is the focus of the current research at home and abroad. In the 1990s, the developed countries promoted hardfacing welding repair technology, and the surfacing repair method is mainly used in recent years, while in China, the research in this area is in infancy. The research on the surfacing of composite wear-resistant materials has a good practical and applied value. In the surfacing process, the effect of process parameters on the quality of the welding is essential. This paper studies the surfacing of low hydrogen sodium type coating high chromium cast iron electrode (D667) on the Q235 steel.
