目的：鼠神经生长因子与地塞米松联合应用治疗突发性耳聋的临床实践分析。方法选取90例突发性耳聋的患者，将其作为临床研究对象，随机、双盲平均分成两组，对照组采用肌肉注射鼠神经生长因子与地塞米松联合加常规治疗，实验组采用耳后筛区注射鼠神经生长因子与地塞米松联合加常规治疗。结果实验组采用耳后筛区注射鼠神经生长因子与地塞米松联合加常规治疗突发性耳聋疗效较为确切，且有效率高于对照组。差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用耳后筛区注射鼠神经生长因子与地塞米松联合加常规治疗突发性耳聋，疗效较好，且治疗后并发症较少，操作简单，安全可靠值得在临床广泛推广。
