信息素养是个体对信息活动的态度以及对信息的获取、分析、加工等方面的能力，这不仅是现代人文化素养整体素质的一部分，更是素质教育的灵魂，也是创新能力与终身学习的基础。本文通过对信息与通信技术（ICT）环境下大学生信息素养现状的分析，阐述了大学生英语课程信息素养培养的必要性，探讨了大学生英语课程信息素养的培养模式，以引起大学英语教师对大学生信息素养培养问题的关注和重视。

The information literacy is the attitude of individual to the information activities and the ability to obtain, analyze and process the information. It is not only a part of the overall quality of the cultural quality for the modern people, but also the soul of quality education, and the foundation of innovation ability and lifelong learning. Through analyzing the situation of college students' information literacy under the environment of information and communication technology (ICT), this paper expounds the necessary to train the information literacy of university English learning and discusses the training model of the information literacy of university English learning to attach the teachers' attention and concentration to the training of students' information literacy.
