抗体的生产和应用是免疫技术方向的一个重要分支。随着抗体的应用与研究的日益广泛，抗体行业对人才的需求量大大增加，对于人才的质量要求与时俱进。高职生物技术及应用专业应在人才培养方面顺应抗体行业需求，积极采取措施，培养出合格的人才。本文作者深入抗体生产企业实习一年，对抗体生产所需要的技能进行了归类，重构当前生物技术及应用专业免疫方向的课程群，并对其可行性进行了分析，以期培养出抗体行业所需的合格人才。

The production and application of antibody is an important embranchment of immunological technique. As the application and study of antibody is becoming more and more widely, the demand for talent of antibody industry is greatly increase, and it require the quality of talent to keep pace with the times. Higher vocational biological technology and application should comply with the demand of antibody industry in the aspect of talent cultivation, take active measures and cultivate qualified talents. The author of this paper practices in antibody production enterprise for a year to classify the skills of antibody production, reconstruct the curriculum group of the direction of biological technology and application professional and analyze its feasibility to produce qualified talents for antibody industry.
