目的：探讨分析厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病的临床效果及安全性。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治高血压心脏病患者90例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组45例。观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔予以治疗，对照组采用厄贝沙坦予以治疗。对比两组治疗后的临床疗效与各项指标情况。结果：观察组治疗后的临床疗效97.8%，高于对照组77.8%。经过治疗之后，观察组的收缩压值、舒张压值均要低于对照组，心功能分级改善情况也要优于对照组，组间差异明显，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病具有很好的临床效果，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

목적：탐토분석액패사탄연합미탁락이치료고혈압심장병적림상효과급안전성。방법：2013년1월-2014년1월수치고혈압심장병환자90례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조45례。관찰조채용액패사탄연합미탁락이여이치료，대조조채용액패사탄여이치료。대비량조치료후적림상료효여각항지표정황。결과：관찰조치료후적림상료효97.8%，고우대조조77.8%。경과치료지후，관찰조적수축압치、서장압치균요저우대조조，심공능분급개선정황야요우우대조조，조간차이명현，구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：액패사탄연합미탁락이치료고혈압심장병구유흔호적림상효과，치득재림상치료중추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the curative efficacy and safety observation of irbesartan joint metoprolol in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:90 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with irbesartan joint metoprolol and the control group adopts irbesartan treatment.The clinical efficacy and the indicators of the two groups after the treatment were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect of the observation group after treatment 97.8%was higher than that of the control group77.8%.After the treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure values of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and improved the classification heart function was also superior to the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan joint metoprolol in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease has good clinical effect,worthy of popularization and application in the clinical treatment.
