目的：观察中西医结合活血祛瘀治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：2009年1月-2013年12月收治冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者84例，随机分为两组，各42例。治疗组采用中西医结合活血祛瘀治疗；对照组采用西医常规治疗。2周为1个疗程，用药1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组对缓解症状和改善心电图的总有效率分别为92.86%、83.33%，均明显高于对照组；且在降低血液流变学指标方面治疗组亦明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，且未发现明显不良反应。结论：中西医结合活血祛瘀治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛安全有效，优于单纯西医治疗。

목적：관찰중서의결합활혈거어치료관심병은정성심교통적림상료효。방법：2009년1월-2013년12월수치관심병은정성심교통환자84례，수궤분위량조，각42례。치료조채용중서의결합활혈거어치료；대조조채용서의상규치료。2주위1개료정，용약1개료정후관찰료효。결과：치료조대완해증상화개선심전도적총유효솔분별위92.86%、83.33%，균명현고우대조조；차재강저혈액류변학지표방면치료조역명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，차미발현명현불량반응。결론：중서의결합활혈거어치료관심병은정성심교통안전유효，우우단순서의치료。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined removing blood stasis in the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris.Methods:84 patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris were selected from January 2009 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each. The treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese and western medicine combined removing blood stasis.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment.2 weeks were a course of treatment.The curative effect was observed after one course of medication.Results:The total effective rates of symptoms remission and electrocardiogram improvement of the treatment group were respectively 92.86% and 83.33%,which were higher than those of the control group.In the reducing blood rheology indexes,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).And there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese and western medicine combined removing blood stasis in the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris is safe and effective.It is better than pure western medicine treatment.
