目的：探讨丁苯酞胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法：2012年2月-2014年2月收治急性缺血性脑卒中患者100例，作为本研究对象，根据随机原则分组。参照组接受常规综合治疗，研究组在常规治疗基础上辅以丁苯酞胶囊治疗。治疗后随访半年，对比两组患者在临床疗效和不良反应方面的差异。结果：研究组总有效率96.0%，明显高于的参照组76.0%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。研究组和参照组不良反应发生率均为10.0%，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：采用丁苯酞胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中可有效改善神经功能缺损程度，安全可靠，值得推广。
목적：탐토정분태효낭치료급성결혈성뇌졸중적료효。방법：2012년2월-2014년2월수치급성결혈성뇌졸중환자100례，작위본연구대상，근거수궤원칙분조。삼조조접수상규종합치료，연구조재상규치료기출상보이정분태효낭치료。치료후수방반년，대비량조환자재림상료효화불량반응방면적차이。결과：연구조총유효솔96.0%，명현고우적삼조조76.0%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。연구조화삼조조불량반응발생솔균위10.0%，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：채용정분태효낭치료급성결혈성뇌졸중가유효개선신경공능결손정도，안전가고，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of butylphthalide capsule in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:100 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected from February 2012 to February 2014.They were as the research object. They were divided into groups according to the random principle.The reference group received routine comprehensive treatment. The research group was given butylphthalide capsule treatment on the basis of routine treatment.After treatment they were followed up for half a year,the differences in the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 76% of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction incidence rate of the research group and the reference group were all 10%,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using butylphthalide capsule in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the degree of neural function defect.It is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of promotion.
