目的：探讨齐拉西酮胶囊治疗伴有血糖异常的精神分裂症的治疗效果。方法：2012年1月-2014年2月收治精神分裂症患者58例，所有患者均同时伴有血糖增高现象。给予患者降糖药物与齐拉西酮胶囊联合治疗，连续治疗6周。分别记录患者在用药前、用药后第3周、用药后第6周3个时间点的PANSS得分、空腹血糖和餐后2 h的血糖指标。结果：通过治疗，58例患者中痊愈25例，显效17例，有效13例，无效3例，总有效率94.83%。将患者用药后第3周、用药后第6周的空腹血糖值和餐后2 h血糖值与治疗前相比，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。患者用药后第3周、用药后第6周的PANSS得分均明显低于用药前，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：齐拉西酮胶囊治疗伴有血糖异常的精神分裂症取得显著的效果，且均未发生药源性血糖明显增高或降糖药物药量增加的情况，值得临床广泛推广应用。

목적：탐토제랍서동효낭치료반유혈당이상적정신분렬증적치료효과。방법：2012년1월-2014년2월수치정신분렬증환자58례，소유환자균동시반유혈당증고현상。급여환자강당약물여제랍서동효낭연합치료，련속치료6주。분별기록환자재용약전、용약후제3주、용약후제6주3개시간점적PANSS득분、공복혈당화찬후2 h적혈당지표。결과：통과치료，58례환자중전유25례，현효17례，유효13례，무효3례，총유효솔94.83%。장환자용약후제3주、용약후제6주적공복혈당치화찬후2 h혈당치여치료전상비，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。환자용약후제3주、용약후제6주적PANSS득분균명현저우용약전，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：제랍서동효낭치료반유혈당이상적정신분렬증취득현저적효과，차균미발생약원성혈당명현증고혹강당약물약량증가적정황，치득림상엄범추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of ziprasidone capsule in the treatment of schizophrenia with abnormal blood glucose.Methods:58 patients with schizophrenia from January 2012 to February 2014 were all associated with increased blood sugar phenomenon at the same time.The patients were given glucose-lowering drugs joint ziprasidone capsule for 6 weeks.The PANSS scores,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood sugar index of 2 h at the three time points of before the medication,after 3 weeks of medication,after 6 weeks of medication were recorded.Results:After the treatment,there were 25 cases with cured;17 cases with marked effect;13 cases with effect and 3 with no effect in the 58 cases;the total effective rate was 94.83%.The fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood sugar index of 2 h at the time points of 3 weeks of medication,6 weeks of medication were not different comparing with before the treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Comparing with before the treatment,the PANSS scores at the time points of 3 weeks of medication,6 weeks of medication were both lower,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziprasidone capsule in the treatment of schizophrenia with abnormal blood sugar has significant effect and has no significantly increased drug-induced blood sugar or increases the dosage of oral glucose-lowering drugs,which is worth widely applied in clinical.
