目的：探讨肝胆术后胆漏的临床治疗方法与疗效。方法：1998年4月-2014年4月收治肝胆术后胆漏患者80例，随机分成两组，每组40例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用生长抑素肌内注射治疗，观察两组患者术后7 d的腹腔引流量与临床疗效。结果：经治疗，两组术后7 d的腹腔引流量均有明显降低，且观察组的降低水平明显优于对照组，临床疗效明显高于对照组(98.68%vs81.65%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：根据患者的实际情况有效选择治疗方法，在此基础上采用生长抑素肌内注射治疗，对肝胆术后胆漏有显著疗效，能够有效降低肝胆术后胆漏量，减少并发症的发生率，促进患者尽早康复，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토간담술후담루적림상치료방법여료효。방법：1998년4월-2014년4월수치간담술후담루환자80례，수궤분성량조，매조40례，대조조채용상규치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상채용생장억소기내주사치료，관찰량조환자술후7 d적복강인류량여림상료효。결과：경치료，량조술후7 d적복강인류량균유명현강저，차관찰조적강저수평명현우우대조조，림상료효명현고우대조조(98.68%vs81.65%)，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：근거환자적실제정황유효선택치료방법，재차기출상채용생장억소기내주사치료，대간담술후담루유현저료효，능구유효강저간담술후담루량，감소병발증적발생솔，촉진환자진조강복，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment method and curative effect of hepatobiliary postoperative bile leakage. Methods:80 patients with hepatobiliary postoperative bile leakage were selected from April 1998 to April 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment.The observation group were given somatostatin intramuscular injection treatment on the basis of the control group.The abdominal drainage volume of postoperative 7 days and clinical effects of two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the abdominal drainage volume of postoperative 7 days of two groups were all significantly lower,and the lower level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The clinical effect was significantly higher than that of the control group(98.68%vs81.65%),and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment method is effectively choiced according to the actual situation of patients.Using somatostatin intramuscular injection treatment on this basis has significant curative effect on hepatobiliary postoperative bile leakage.It can effectively reduce the bile leakage quantity of hepatobiliary postoperation,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and promote the patient recover early.It is worth the clinical promotion.
