目的：探究利凡诺联合米非司酮用于瘢痕子宫中孕引产的临床疗效。方法：2013年2月-2013年12月收治自愿要求引产的瘢痕子宫孕妇40例，将其随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，各20例。其中观察组使用利凡诺联合米非司酮引产，对照组单纯用利凡诺引产，对两组孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：观察组的引产成功率高达95.0%，明显高于对照组的85.0%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组的引产时间短于对照组，引产出血量也少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：利凡诺联合米非司酮用于瘢痕子宫中孕引产的临床疗效显著，引产成功率高，所用时间短、出血量少。
목적：탐구리범낙연합미비사동용우반흔자궁중잉인산적림상료효。방법：2013년2월-2013년12월수치자원요구인산적반흔자궁잉부40례，장기수궤분위량조，관찰조화대조조，각20례。기중관찰조사용리범낙연합미비사동인산，대조조단순용리범낙인산，대량조잉부적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：관찰조적인산성공솔고체95.0%，명현고우대조조적85.0%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조적인산시간단우대조조，인산출혈량야소우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：리범낙연합미비사동용우반흔자궁중잉인산적림상료효현저，인산성공솔고，소용시간단、출혈량소。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of rivanol combined with mifepristone for uterine scar induced labor of middle pregnancy.Methods: 40 women with scarred uterus who voluntary request for induction of labor were selected from February 2013 to December 2013.They were divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each.The observation group used rivanol in combination with mifepristone,and the control group only used rivanol.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of two pregnant women.Results:The successful induction of labor rate of the observation group was 95% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 85% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The induction time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;the induced abortion bleeding amount was less than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of rivanol mifepristone for uterine scar pregnancy induction of labor induction is significantly.The success rate is high.The time is short,with less bleeding.
