目的：对无痛肠镜下高频电切术联合金属钛夹治疗大肠息肉的临床疗效进行观察研究。方法：2012年4月-2014年4月收治大肠息肉患者65例，行无痛肠镜下高频电切术联合金属钛夹治疗，观察65例患者的临床疗效及并发症情况。结果：96枚息肉均成功在无痛肠镜下行高频电切术联合金属钛夹法切除，术后无残留，临床治愈率高达100.0%。96枚息肉均在无痛肠镜下行高频电切术联合金属钛夹治疗后，共12枚发生出血，发生率12.5%，其中，8枚早期出血，4枚延迟性出血，所有出血者经止血治疗后均再无出血问题。所有患者中无穿孔发生。结论：无痛肠镜下高频电切术联合金属钛夹治疗大肠息肉具有较高的安全、可靠性，治疗效果确切，创伤小，且具有较高性价比，可将其作为治疗大肠息肉的首选方法。
목적：대무통장경하고빈전절술연합금속태협치료대장식육적림상료효진행관찰연구。방법：2012년4월-2014년4월수치대장식육환자65례，행무통장경하고빈전절술연합금속태협치료，관찰65례환자적림상료효급병발증정황。결과：96매식육균성공재무통장경하행고빈전절술연합금속태협법절제，술후무잔류，림상치유솔고체100.0%。96매식육균재무통장경하행고빈전절술연합금속태협치료후，공12매발생출혈，발생솔12.5%，기중，8매조기출혈，4매연지성출혈，소유출혈자경지혈치료후균재무출혈문제。소유환자중무천공발생。결론：무통장경하고빈전절술연합금속태협치료대장식육구유교고적안전、가고성，치료효과학절，창상소，차구유교고성개비，가장기작위치료대장식육적수선방법。
Objective:To observe and study on the curative effect of high-frequency electric resection under painless colonoscopy combined with metal titanium clamp in the treatment of 65 patients with colorectal polyps.Methods:65 patients with colorectal polyps were selected from April 2012 to April 2014.They were treated with high-frequency electric resection under painless colonoscopy combined with metal titanium clamp,then observed the clinical curative effect and complications in 65 patients. Results:96 polyps were successful cut off by high-frequency electroresection under painless endoscopic combined with titanium clip method.There was no residue after surgery.The clinical cure rate reached 100%.After treatment,a total of 12 polyps occurred hemorrhage among those 96 polyps,the incidence was 12.5%,in which 8 polyps of hemorrhage occurred in the early stage,while other 4 pieces of delayed hemorrhage.All bleeding were stopped by hemostasis treatment.No perforation occurred in all patients. Conclusion:High-frequency electroresection under painless endoscopic combined with titanium clip in the treatment of colorectal polyps is safety and reliability.It also has exact curative effect,with small trauma,and has the high performance to price ratio,so it can be used as the preferred method for treatment of colorectal polyps.
