目的:检测和分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者尿液和血清标本中CXCL8/IL-8(白细胞介素-8)的表达水平,探讨其在SLE和LN(狼疮肾炎)发病过程中的变化和意义。方法:收集50例SLE患者及10例健康志愿者尿标本进行检测分析,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测尿液和血清标本中CXCL8水平。结果:SLE患者尿液中CXCL8水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.001),其中 LN 组、无 LN 组尿 CXCL8水平均显著高于健康对照组(P=0.001,P=0.006),SLE 患者血清CXCL8表达水平与健康对照组比较有1.54倍的升高,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CXCL8可能参与了LN的发病,但其作用机制更显复杂,尿液标本的检测结果比血清学检测更有意义。

목적:검측화분석계통성홍반랑창(SLE)환자뇨액화혈청표본중CXCL8/IL-8(백세포개소-8)적표체수평,탐토기재SLE화LN(랑창신염)발병과정중적변화화의의。방법:수집50례SLE환자급10례건강지원자뇨표본진행검측분석,채용쌍항체협심ELISA법검측뇨액화혈청표본중CXCL8수평。결과:SLE환자뇨액중CXCL8수평현저고우건강대조조(P<0.001),기중 LN 조、무 LN 조뇨 CXCL8수평균현저고우건강대조조(P=0.001,P=0.006),SLE 환자혈청CXCL8표체수평여건강대조조비교유1.54배적승고,단차이몰유통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:CXCL8가능삼여료LN적발병,단기작용궤제경현복잡,뇨액표본적검측결과비혈청학검측경유의의。
Objective:To detect and analyze the CXCL8/IL-8(interleukin-8) expression level in the urine and serum specimens of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,to explore its change and significance in the pathogenesis of SLE and LN(lupus nephritis).Methods:Collectting the urine specimens of 50 SLE patients and 10 healthy volunteers were detected and analyzed. CXCL8 levels in the urine and serum specimens were detected by using double antibody sandwich ELISA method.Results:CXCL8 level in the urine of SLE patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group(P<0.001).The urinary CXCL8 levels of LN group and no LN group were significantly higher than that of the healthy control group(P=0.001,P=0.006).The serum CXCL8 expression level of SLE patients and the healthy control group were increased 1.54 times,but there was no statistical difference.Conclusion:CXCL8 may participate in the pathogenesis of LN,but the mechanism is more complex,and the urine detection result is more meaningful than serological detection.
