目的：研究全程心理护理在介入手术患者中的应用效果。方法：2012年7-10月收治介入手术治疗患者90例，随机分成治疗组与对照组，每组45例，对照组给予常规护理，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予全程心理护理，回顾分析两组患者的手术顺利度。结果：治疗组手术顺利度95.6%，对照组手术顺利度75.6%，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：为介入手术治疗的患者提供全程心理护理，不仅能够使患者的不良情绪得到改善，减少术中与术后的不良反应，而且还有助于患者的康复，获得满意的治疗效果，在临床护理中应推广使用。

목적：연구전정심리호리재개입수술환자중적응용효과。방법：2012년7-10월수치개입수술치료환자90례，수궤분성치료조여대조조，매조45례，대조조급여상규호리，치료조재대조조적기출상급여전정심리호리，회고분석량조환자적수술순리도。결과：치료조수술순리도95.6%，대조조수술순리도75.6%，치료조명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：위개입수술치료적환자제공전정심리호리，불부능구사환자적불량정서득도개선，감소술중여술후적불량반응，이차환유조우환자적강복，획득만의적치료효과，재림상호리중응추엄사용。
Objective:To study the application effect of the whole psychological nursing in patients with interventional operation. Methods:90 patients with interventional operation treatment were selected from July to October 2012.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 45 cases in each.The control group were given conventional nursing.The treatment group were given the whole psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The operation smoothly degrees of patients in two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The operation smoothly degree of the treatment group was 95.6%.The operation smoothly degree of the control group was 75.6%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Providing the whole psychological nursing in the patients with interventional operation treatment not only can improve bad mood of patients,reduce intraoperative and postoperative adverse reaction, but also contribute to the rehabilitation of patients,obtain satisfactory treatment effect.It should be popularized in clinical nursing.
