从四川省某自然保护区2014年5月送检的一只死亡青年扭角羚的肝脏中分离到一株杆菌,并对该分离株进行了生化试验和药物敏感试验。菌株纯培养后,通过菌落PCR方法扩增16 S rDNA ,并测定PCR产物序列,结合16 S rDNA测序结果及生化特性,确定该分离株的生物学分类,然后利用药物敏感试验确定了该菌的耐药情况。将该菌株16 S rDNA测序结果在NCBI数据库中Blast同源性比较分析,发现它与弗格森埃希菌相似度超过99%,结合菌株生化试验结果,确定该菌株为弗格森埃希菌。药物敏感试验结果显示此分离株对环丙沙星、氟苯尼考、头孢他啶、丁胺卡那等敏感,对氨苄西林耐药。

A strain of bacillus was found in the liver of a dead youth yakin which was sent by nature reserve in Sichuan province in May 2014 .We isolated and identified this bacillus ,and furthermore ,biochemical test and drug sensitive test were analyzed .16 S rDNA sequence of this bacillus was amplified by polymer‐ase chain reaction (PCR) ,and by sequencing the PCR products ,we got the sequences of 16 S rDNA .Ac‐cording to the Blast results and biochemical characteristics ,the biological classification of this bacillus was obtained ,and then ,through the drug sensitive test ,the degree of bacterial drug resistance was revealed . Experimental results show that the homology was found to be more than 99% after blasting the 16 S rDNA sequences in NCBI database and combining with the biochemical results ,the strain was identified as Esche‐richia f ergusonii .The drug sensitive test results show that the strain was highly resistant to ampicillin , and sensitive to ciprofloxacin ,florfenicol ,ceftazidime .
