文章基于北京市96家中小型科技企业科技人员培训费用、培训时间对企业绩效影响的调研数据,对科技人员人均培训费用、人均培训时间与企业绩效的关系进行了研究,明确了人均培训费用、人均培训时间对后者的影响。文章通过采用问卷调查和实地访谈方法,进行了科技中小企业人均培训费用、人均培训时间对企业绩效影响的调查,反映了科技人员培训与企业绩效之间关系的问题,取得了重要的研究成果:不同规模企业在人均培训费用和人均培训时间上有显著差异;中型企业人均培训费用对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,而不同规模企业人均培训时间对企业绩效均具有显著正向影响。研究结论对增加科技型中小企业培训的持续投入能促进企业绩效的提高这一观点提供了有力支持。

Based on the research data of 96 small and medium-sized technological enterprise's HRST training costs and training time's effect on enterprises performance, the paper studies the relationship between HRST training costs, training time per capita and firm performance and defines the impact of HRST training costs, training time per capita on the latter. Using the methods of questionnaires and field interviews, the paper carries out the survey on the HRST training costs, training time per capita on firm performance in SME, and reflects the problems between the scientific and technical personnel training and corporate performance. The important results show that different scale enterprises have significant differences in the average per capita training cost and per capita training time, per training capita cost of medium-sized technology-based enterprise has a significant positive effect on enterprise performance, and per capita training time has significant positive correlation with enterprise performance for different size enterprises. Research conclusion provides powerful support to the view that increasing the small and mid-sized enterprise training investment can promote the improvement of enterprise performance.
