研究了金属表面处理所产生的磷化渣的处理技术,对锌系磷化液所产生的磷化渣,采用氨浸络合提取磷酸锌,残渣再加入烧碱提取磷酸三钠及氧化铁红或生产聚合硫酸铁净水剂进行综合利用。本项技术经工业规模的生产实践证明,技术成熟,操作简单,适合中小型金属表面处理企业应用。
研究瞭金屬錶麵處理所產生的燐化渣的處理技術,對鋅繫燐化液所產生的燐化渣,採用氨浸絡閤提取燐痠鋅,殘渣再加入燒堿提取燐痠三鈉及氧化鐵紅或生產聚閤硫痠鐵淨水劑進行綜閤利用。本項技術經工業規模的生產實踐證明,技術成熟,操作簡單,適閤中小型金屬錶麵處理企業應用。

The treatment methods for phosphate residues from metal surface treatment were studied. Phosphate residues from zinc-system phosphate solution was treated and recov-ered by adopting ammonia leaching complexing process to extract zinc phosphate, then adding sodium hydroxide into the residue to extract trisodium phosphate and ferric oxide or produce polymeric ferric sulfate water purifier. Industrial production has showed that it was a mature and convenient technology suitable for small metal surface treatment firms.
