目的：测定替诺福韦酯有机溶剂残留量。方法采用溶液进样法测定，检测器为 FID，色谱柱为 VF-17ms 毛细管柱，溶剂为二甲亚砜。结果乙醇、异丙醇、二氯甲烷、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、N，N-二甲基甲酰胺、氯甲基异丙基碳酸酯、N-甲基吡咯烷酮的相关系数均在0．9982～0．9997内，平均回收率在95．83％～106．59％范围内，RSD 在1．35％～3．22％范围内（n ＝9）。结论该方法准确、简单、快捷，适用于替诺福韦酯有机溶剂残留量的测定。
목적：측정체낙복위지유궤용제잔류량。방법채용용액진양법측정，검측기위 FID，색보주위 VF-17ms 모세관주，용제위이갑아풍。결과을순、이병순、이록갑완、을정、을산을지、N，N-이갑기갑선알、록갑기이병기탄산지、N-갑기필각완동적상관계수균재0．9982～0．9997내，평균회수솔재95．83％～106．59％범위내，RSD 재1．35％～3．22％범위내（n ＝9）。결론해방법준학、간단、쾌첩，괄용우체낙복위지유궤용제잔류량적측정。
Objective To determine the residual organic volatile solvents Tenofov disoprox.Methods The samples were injected as solution with FID detector.The determination was performed on a VF-17ms GC column while dimethy sulfoxid was used as solvent.Re-sults The regression coefficients in ethyalcohol,iso-prophl alcohol,dichloromethane,acetonitrile,ethyl acetate,N,N-dimethyl for-mamide,chloro-methyl isopropyl carbonate,N-methyl-2-pyrrolodone were from 0.998 2 ~0.999 7.The recoveries were from 95.83% to 106.59%,with RSD from 1.35% to 3.22%(n =9)accordingly.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and efficient,which can be used for the determination of Tenofov disoprox.
