目的:探讨三酸散的制备方法和建立 HPLC 法测定三酸散中苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量方法,为三酸散质量控制提供有效的分析手段。方法色谱柱:Eclipcy plus C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇—0.05 mol·mL -1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节 pH 值至4.0)(1∶1);检测波长:232 nm;流速:1.0 mL·min -1;柱温:室温。结果苯甲酸和水杨酸的线性范围分别是5~30 mg·L -1和10~60 mg·L -1,回归方程分别是 A =109287C +37431(r =0.9943)和 A =63894C +4890.2(r =0.9956)。苯甲酸和水杨酸的平均回收率分别是100.2%(RSD =1.25%)和99.74%(RSD =1.43%)。结论该方法简单,结果准确可靠,可用于三酸散中苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量测定。

Objective To explore the preparation method of tri-acids powder and to establish an HPLC method for the determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in tri-acids powder.Methods Diamonsil C18 column was used with methanol -0.05mol·ml -1 KH2 PO4 solution (adjusted to pH 4 with phosphoric acid)(1∶1)as a mobile phase.Detective wavelength was 232 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 .Results The regress equation of benzoic acid and salicylic acid were A =1 092 87C +37 431(r =0.994 3)and A =63 894C +4 890.2(r =0.995 6),respectively.The linear ranges of benzoic acid and salicylic acid were 5 ~30 and 10 ~60 mg·L -1 ,re-spectively.The average recoveries of benzoic acid and salicylic acid were 100.2%(RSD =1.25%)and 99.74%(RSD =1.43%),re-spectively.Conclusions The method is simple and reliable,which can be used to determine the concentration of benzoic acid and sali-cylic acid in tri-acids powder.
