目的：对因子宫内膜息肉不孕患者行宫腔镜治疗后的妊娠状况进行研究，探讨妊娠相关因素。方法统计2011年3月至2012年9月来该院就诊的不孕合并子宫内膜息肉患者共119例作为观察组；以同期不明原因不孕来我院行宫腔镜检查的119例患者作为对照组。单因素及 Logistic 多因素分析年龄、不孕年限、不孕类型及息肉类型对子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者宫腔镜术后自然妊娠情况。结果观察组119例患者中78例术后获得临床妊娠，总妊娠率65．5％，对照组119例患者中47例获得临床妊娠，妊娠率39．5％，相比差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。两组妊娠率和随访时间无明显相关性，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05），但两组妊娠时间主要发生在宫腔镜术后6个月以内。单因素及 Logistic 多因素分析结果表明只有年龄与子宫内膜息肉患者术后自然妊娠率有关（P ＜0．05）。结论子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜术后自然妊娠率明显提高，年龄明显影响术后自然妊娠率，年龄越轻，术后受孕率越高，且最佳时间为术后6个月以内。
목적：대인자궁내막식육불잉환자행궁강경치료후적임신상황진행연구，탐토임신상관인소。방법통계2011년3월지2012년9월래해원취진적불잉합병자궁내막식육환자공119례작위관찰조；이동기불명원인불잉래아원행궁강경검사적119례환자작위대조조。단인소급 Logistic 다인소분석년령、불잉년한、불잉류형급식육류형대자궁내막식육불잉증환자궁강경술후자연임신정황。결과관찰조119례환자중78례술후획득림상임신，총임신솔65．5％，대조조119례환자중47례획득림상임신，임신솔39．5％，상비차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。량조임신솔화수방시간무명현상관성，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05），단량조임신시간주요발생재궁강경술후6개월이내。단인소급 Logistic 다인소분석결과표명지유년령여자궁내막식육환자술후자연임신솔유관（P ＜0．05）。결론자궁내막식육환자궁강경술후자연임신솔명현제고，년령명현영향술후자연임신솔，년령월경，술후수잉솔월고，차최가시간위술후6개월이내。
Objective To investigate the natural pregnancy status of the patients with endometrial polyps after treatment by hysterosco-py.Methods All 119 patients with endometrial polyps treated in my Hospital March 2011 to September 2012 as observation group;With unexplained infertility to our line of hysteroscopy examination in the same period 119 patients as control group.Single factor and Logistic multi-factors analysis age,type of infertility fixed number of year,type of infertility and polyps hysteroscopy surgery in patients with endometrial polyp treated natural pregnancies.Results Seventy-eight cases of infertility patients obtained clinical pregnancy in 119 cases with endometrial polyps.The pregnancy rate 65.5%.Forty-seven cases of infertility patients obtained pregnancy in 76 cases with primary.The pregnancy rate was 39.5%,Compared with the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Two groups of pregnancy rate and follow-up time has no obvious correlation,there was no statistically significant difference (P <0.05),but mainly in two groups of pregnancy time hysteroscopy within 6 months after surgery.Single factor and Logistic multifactor analysis indicates that on-ly age related to natural pregnancy rate of postoperative mortality in patients with endometrial polyps (P >0.05).Conclusions Post-operative natural pregnancy rate was significantly improved in patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy.The younger the age,the higher the pregnancy rate after the operation and the best time to be pregnant was within 6 months after surgery.
