以JB 4732标准对某企业FN1000 m2换热器进行管板与球封焊接结构疲劳寿命计算,校核其疲劳寿命是否满足企业要求。疲劳寿命计算是在有限元应力分析结果满足JB 4732对强度要求的前提下,依据JB 4732中附录C疲劳寿命计算准则,计算FN1000 m2换热器在交变载荷下允许最大应力循环次数。计算结果大于企业所规定的应力循环次数,满足了企业对换热器管板与球封焊接结构安全性疲劳寿命要求,节约了疲劳试验的时间与成本,对企业进行换热器结构优化具有指导意义。

Based on JB 4732 standard ,the article calculates a certain enterprise FN1 000 m2 heat exchanger tube plate and ball seal welding structure fatigue life and checks whether the fatigue life satisfies the requirements of enterprise .The fatigue life is calculated on the basis of finite element stress analysis results ,which meets the JB 4732 standard requirements for strength ,to compute the allowed maximum stress cycle counts of FN 1 000 m2 heat exchanger under alternating load according to the fatigue life criterion in JB 4732 appendix C .The result is larger than that in the stipulated stress cycle counts ,which meets enterprises requirements on the heat exchanger tube plate and ball seal welding structure fatigue life and saves the time and cost of fatigue tests ,so it can provide guiding significances for optimizing heat exchanger structure in enterprises .
