根据出铁场烟尘特性,结合某炼铁厂高炉出铁场实际情况,分析炉前除尘系统现有问题,对原反吹风布袋除尘器进行技术改造,采用长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器进行除尘,取得了成功,为今后类似工程积累了设计经验。
根據齣鐵場煙塵特性,結閤某煉鐵廠高爐齣鐵場實際情況,分析爐前除塵繫統現有問題,對原反吹風佈袋除塵器進行技術改造,採用長袋低壓脈遲袋式除塵器進行除塵,取得瞭成功,為今後類似工程積纍瞭設計經驗。

According to the cast house dust features and combined with the actual situation of a blast furnace with cast house in an ironworks ,the problems existed in the contemporary furnace dust removal systems have been analyzed and the original reversed-blow bag filters reformed .By using long -bag low -pressure pulse filters in dust removing ,a successful result has been achieved and experiences for designing the similar engineering projects have been obtained .
