通过对炼焦生产过程和化产回收工艺PM2.5的排放及特征分析,提出了炼焦PM2.5一次粒子及二次粒子前体物的控制方法和能量流有序回收化学产品负压新工艺,为新建焦化厂采用分段加热和废气循环相结合的焦炉炉型、已投产的焦化厂加强管理改造提供参考。

According to the analysis of the emission characteristics of PM 2 .5 during the coking and by -product recovery process ,this article puts forward control methods for particles and two particle precursor of PM 2 .5 emission during the coking process .The results could provide references for the construction of new coking plant and suggestions of management for the exhaust coking plant .
