为了对川滇高山栎种子的贮藏及繁育提供参考,研究了川滇高山栎种子在温度分别3℃、0℃、-3℃和-5℃贮藏期间种子的发芽率和田间播种出苗率。结果表明:川滇高山栎种子无休眠期,0℃以上温度贮藏45 d 后种子发芽率已达50%左右;低温可以抑制川滇高山栎种子的萌发,有利于种子的贮藏,以-5℃的贮藏效果较好,贮藏过程中最高发芽率仅为4.28%左右,贮藏6个月后,种子田间出苗率在50%以上。
為瞭對川滇高山櫟種子的貯藏及繁育提供參攷,研究瞭川滇高山櫟種子在溫度分彆3℃、0℃、-3℃和-5℃貯藏期間種子的髮芽率和田間播種齣苗率。結果錶明:川滇高山櫟種子無休眠期,0℃以上溫度貯藏45 d 後種子髮芽率已達50%左右;低溫可以抑製川滇高山櫟種子的萌髮,有利于種子的貯藏,以-5℃的貯藏效果較好,貯藏過程中最高髮芽率僅為4.28%左右,貯藏6箇月後,種子田間齣苗率在50%以上。
위료대천전고산력충자적저장급번육제공삼고,연구료천전고산력충자재온도분별3℃、0℃、-3℃화-5℃저장기간충자적발아솔화전간파충출묘솔。결과표명:천전고산력충자무휴면기,0℃이상온도저장45 d 후충자발아솔이체50%좌우;저온가이억제천전고산력충자적맹발,유리우충자적저장,이-5℃적저장효과교호,저장과정중최고발아솔부위4.28%좌우,저장6개월후,충자전간출묘솔재50%이상。
In order to provide a reference for storage and propagation of Q.aquifolioides seeds,the seed germination rate and field emergence rate of Q.aquifolioides seeds in storage period were studied under temperatures of 3℃,0℃,- 3℃ and - 5℃.Results:Q.aquifolioides seeds have no quiescent stage,temperature above 0℃ is not suitable for storing Q.aquifolioides seeds,for the germination rate reaches about 50% after storing 45 days;Low temperature is beneficial for storing for it may inhibit seed germination.-5℃ is of better storage effect,the highest germination rate is merely 4.28% in storage period,and the field emergence rate is above 50%.
