为耐刈型菊苣新品种的选育奠定理论基础,以高产、耐刈割为育种目标选育的 PA-82、PA-93、PA-95菊苣新品系和黔引普那菊苣(对照)进行了耐刈割特性研究。结果表明:PA-93刈割后全年总抽薹率仅为37.77%,全年死株率仅为27.89%,均显著低于黔引普那菊苣、PA-82和 PA-95;全年鲜草总产量达101074 kg/hm2,极显著高于黔引普那菊苣、PA-82和 PA-95;第3次刈割后的粗蛋白含量仍高达21.30%,粗脂肪达1.74%。PA-93是优良的航天诱变菊苣新品系,具有刈割后不易抽薹和化苗、高产耐刈割、营养价值高等特点。

The cut resistance of three C.intybus lines (PA-82,PA-93,PA-95)with high yield and Qianyin Puna chicory (CK)were studied to lay a theoretical foundation for breeding of new C.intybus cultivars with a cut resistance.Total yearly bolting rate and death rate of PA-93 after cut are 37.77%and 27.89%,both significantly lower than PA-82,PA-95 and CK.The yearly fresh grass yield of PA-93 is up to 101074 kg/hm2 ,very significantly higher than PA-82,PA-95 and CK,and the content of crude protein and crude fat reaches 21.30% and 1.74% after the third cut respectively.PA-93 bred from space mutation is a good C.intybus cultivar with high yield,strong cut resistance and high nutritive value.
