辐射诱变技术具有突变率高、打破遗传连锁、育种周期短等优点,是获得新种质资源的有效途径之一。从辐射源类型、辐射方法、辐射材料、辐射剂量和敏感性等方面对辐射在园艺植物诱变育种中的应用研究进行了概述,指出了存在的问题及其在该领域中应用的前景。

Radiation induced mutation has a high mutation rate,breaking the linkage,and the advantages of short breeding period,it is one of effective way to obtain new germplasm resources.In this paper,the radiation effect of main factors (the type of radiation sources,radiation method,material, radiation dose and sensitivity) and the research of horticultural plants were summarized, and the application prospect of radiation breeding in horticultural plants were analyzed and the existing problems.
