There are many kinds of secondary metabolites with activity produced by Pseudomonas aerugino-sa.The species,extraction methods,synthetic methods,mechanisms and applications were summarized.The ex-isting problems in recent research of secondary metabolites were pointed out and the development direction in future research was also brought forward,which provided reference for scientific research of secondary metabo-lites produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
