为全面了解新疆农村少数民族劳动力转移特征和规律提供理论参考，通过对新疆昌吉和阿勒泰地区6个县（市）及18个乡村的实地调查，基于统计数据归纳分析了农村少数民族劳动力家庭因素与其转移区位选择的关系。结果表明：家庭人均耕地面积、家庭劳动力数量、家中未成年子女数量、家人健康状况与农村少数民族劳动力转移区位选择具有相关性，而家庭人均年收入与农村少数民族劳动力转移区位的选择没有相关性。

To provide a theoretical reference for fully understanding transfer characteristics and rules of rural ethnic labors in Xinjiang,the correlation between family factors and location choice was analyzed based on statistical data through a field investigation in 18 villages of six counties(cities)in Changji and Altay Prefecture of Xinjiang.Results:Per capita cultivated land area,labor force quantity,minor children quantity and health status of households have correlations with location choice of rural ethnic labor transfer,while annual per capita income of households has no correlation with it.
