探索创新型人才培养新途径是当前我国高等教育改革的目标和发展方向之一。实践社群作为激发创新的非正式自组织系统，有助于大学生构建合理的知识结构、促使大学生创新意识和创新思维的形成、增强大学生的创新实践能力，可被视为大学生创新能力培养的新途径。我国高等教育人才培养环境也为实践社群作为大学生创新能力培养新途径提供了良好的实现基础和条件。
探索創新型人纔培養新途徑是噹前我國高等教育改革的目標和髮展方嚮之一。實踐社群作為激髮創新的非正式自組織繫統，有助于大學生構建閤理的知識結構、促使大學生創新意識和創新思維的形成、增彊大學生的創新實踐能力，可被視為大學生創新能力培養的新途徑。我國高等教育人纔培養環境也為實踐社群作為大學生創新能力培養新途徑提供瞭良好的實現基礎和條件。
탐색창신형인재배양신도경시당전아국고등교육개혁적목표화발전방향지일。실천사군작위격발창신적비정식자조직계통，유조우대학생구건합리적지식결구、촉사대학생창신의식화창신사유적형성、증강대학생적창신실천능력，가피시위대학생창신능력배양적신도경。아국고등교육인재배양배경야위실천사군작위대학생창신능력배양신도경제공료량호적실현기출화조건。
Nowadays, one of the goals and directions of China's reform and development of higher education is to explore new ways to cultivate innovative talents. Communities of practice, as an informal self-organized system of inspiring innovation, can be beneficial for college students to reasonably build up their knowledge structure, to promote the formation of student's innovative consciousness and innovative thinking and to enhance their practical ability. The development environment of China's higher education also provides a sound basis and condition for the new way of cultivating college students' innovation ability.
