针对红山嘴油田回注水中硫酸盐还原菌恶性繁殖造成水质恶化的问题,在室内开展对纳滤(NF)和反渗透(RO)等膜过滤工艺的研究,发现两种膜过滤工艺均具有除菌能力。其中,反渗透比纳滤具有更彻底的除菌能力。但由于反渗透膜容易污染,纳滤更易于现场的使用与发展,为弥补纳滤除菌能力的不足,在纳滤除菌的基础上加入化学杀菌剂,进行复合工艺的处理。结果表明,只需少量的化学杀菌剂就能达到完全除菌的目的,既节约了药剂成本,又能避免大量药剂对地层的损害。此工艺具有很好的发展前景。
針對紅山嘴油田迴註水中硫痠鹽還原菌噁性繁殖造成水質噁化的問題,在室內開展對納濾(NF)和反滲透(RO)等膜過濾工藝的研究,髮現兩種膜過濾工藝均具有除菌能力。其中,反滲透比納濾具有更徹底的除菌能力。但由于反滲透膜容易汙染,納濾更易于現場的使用與髮展,為瀰補納濾除菌能力的不足,在納濾除菌的基礎上加入化學殺菌劑,進行複閤工藝的處理。結果錶明,隻需少量的化學殺菌劑就能達到完全除菌的目的,既節約瞭藥劑成本,又能避免大量藥劑對地層的損害。此工藝具有很好的髮展前景。
침대홍산취유전회주수중류산염환원균악성번식조성수질악화적문제,재실내개전대납려(NF)화반삼투(RO)등막과려공예적연구,발현량충막과려공예균구유제균능력。기중,반삼투비납려구유경철저적제균능력。단유우반삼투막용역오염,납려경역우현장적사용여발전,위미보납려제균능력적불족,재납려제균적기출상가입화학살균제,진행복합공예적처리。결과표명,지수소량적화학살균제취능체도완전제균적목적,기절약료약제성본,우능피면대량약제대지층적손해。차공예구유흔호적발전전경。
In order to solve the problem of the deterioration of water quality in oilfield water inj ection sys-tem of Hongshanzui Oilfield which caused by the malignant breeding of sulfate-reducing bacteria,the membrane filtration technologies such as nanofiltration(NF)and reverse osmosis(RO)were studied.Results showed that, these two kinds of membrane filtration technologies could both eliminate bacteria.RO had a greater sterilizing capability than NF.However,NF was selected because of its advantages,for example,it is very easy to use and has better development,while the membrane of RO can be easily contaminated.To consider the lack of NF steri-lizing capability,a chemical bactericide was added on the basis of NF sterilization for complex craft.The results showed that,only a small amount of bactericide could achieve the goal of completely aseptic.This technology saves the cost of reagents and avoids the formation damage by huge amount of reagents,which has a very good prospect.
