研究了循环冷却水中钙离子对溶菌酶、脂肪酶的酶活性、特征性能及缓蚀性能的影响,通过正交实验优化了循环冷却水中钙离子作为添加剂的生物酶缓蚀剂的组成。结果表明:循环冷却水中钙离子可以提高生物酶的酶活性及缓蚀性能;当溶菌酶质量浓度为20 mg·L-1、脂肪酶质量浓度为70 mg·L-1、钙离子质量浓度为157.57 mg·L-1时,缓蚀效果最佳,碳钢挂片的腐蚀速率为0.0007 mm·a-1,缓蚀率达99.79%。
研究瞭循環冷卻水中鈣離子對溶菌酶、脂肪酶的酶活性、特徵性能及緩蝕性能的影響,通過正交實驗優化瞭循環冷卻水中鈣離子作為添加劑的生物酶緩蝕劑的組成。結果錶明:循環冷卻水中鈣離子可以提高生物酶的酶活性及緩蝕性能;噹溶菌酶質量濃度為20 mg·L-1、脂肪酶質量濃度為70 mg·L-1、鈣離子質量濃度為157.57 mg·L-1時,緩蝕效果最佳,碳鋼掛片的腐蝕速率為0.0007 mm·a-1,緩蝕率達99.79%。
연구료순배냉각수중개리자대용균매、지방매적매활성、특정성능급완식성능적영향,통과정교실험우화료순배냉각수중개리자작위첨가제적생물매완식제적조성。결과표명:순배냉각수중개리자가이제고생물매적매활성급완식성능;당용균매질량농도위20 mg·L-1、지방매질량농도위70 mg·L-1、개리자질량농도위157.57 mg·L-1시,완식효과최가,탄강괘편적부식속솔위0.0007 mm·a-1,완식솔체99.79%。
Effects of calcium ions in circulating cooling water on enzyme activities,characteristic performance and corrosion inhibition performance of lysozyme and lipase were studied.The composition of bio-enzyme corro-sion inhibitor using calcium ions in circulating cooling water as additive was optimized by orthogonal experi-ment.Results showed that,calcium ions in circulating cooling water could elevate activities of bio-enzyme and enhance the corrosion inhibition performance.When the mass concentration of lysozyme was 20 mg· L-1 ,the mass concentration of lipase was 70 mg·L-1 and the mass concentration of calcium ions was 157.57 mg·L-1, the most ideal corrosion inhibition effect achieved,with the corrosion rate of the carbon steel hangers of 0.0007 mm·a-1 and the corrosion inhibition efficiency of 99.79%.
